The only problem I have with the DP is the number of innocent men that have been executed. We know the number is large too since the use of DNA has come about. I certainly dont think the DP should be used unless there is NO doubt of guilt through evidence or confession.

I really don't understand your line of thinking. Tell kids "don't kill", then encouage the state to kill offenders. Most offenders have pretty traumatic backgrounds, and their thought processes don't work the same as most people.

Kill and murder are two different things with different definitions. The death row inmate was killed for his murder. They are not interchangeable.
