Police say that's when the suspect shot the homeowner in the head.</p><p></p><p>The suspect then ran off through a hole in a fence damaged in an unrelated incident. He was later apprehended at a nearby Best Buy parking lot.</p><p></p><p>Police say the suspect resistant arrest and was tased. Police tell NewsChannel 8 they received a call around ten o'clock Monday morning that a burglary had taken place at a condo in the neighborhood.</p><p></p><p>A neighbor had heard the burglary and called the homeowner. That's when the neighbor approached the suspect and confronted him.</p><p></p><p>The two struggled and the suspect was able to get the homeowner's gun from him and shot him once. The homeowner was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released.</p><p></p><p>The suspect, who suffered minor lacerations to his neck, fled to a nearby Best Buy and was later arrested. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to be booked into the Tulsa County Jail.</p></blockquote><p></p>
