    And I intend for it to be a shooter, not a safe queen. I have something like 900 rounds of 41 Mag ammo for it too.

    For me, yes. I prefer the ruggedness of fixed sights and the reduction in weight.

    Plus no Hillary hole. To be fair, I have the IL in several S&W revolvers and it has never been a problem for me. That doesn't mean that I like them, however.
