Don't know what your daughter's long-term plans are, but if it includes higher education here is another option: enroll in your local school district's GED/Adult Ed program and pass the GED test. With a GED test and completion of the ACT Test (no minimum score) she will be able to enroll in a juco/community college. After earning 30 hours of college credit her high school will give her a high school diploma + she will be on her way toward a college degree - if that's what she is interested in. My older brother got a GED when he joined the Navy back in the old days, then went on to join the Air Force after his four year hitch. Stayed in until retirement and earned Associate, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees along the way. During his first hitch in the Air Force he was stationed near Marysville, CA (I think it was Beale Air Force Base) and went to night school @ Marysville HS in order to get a real high school diploma because it meant a lot to him. Good Luck! Cedar Creek
