S&W 99 or G lock 17. Both are super relaible but the S&W 99 has an edge in the accuracy department and I prefer the mag relaese on the S&W 99.

A good 1911 in 45 ACP such as the Dan Wesson, S&W 1911, Springfield trophy Match, etc AND a Tactical Solutions 2211 (22LR) conversion unit.
