Benchmade auto-Stryker has been a great all around knife....I even ran it through the washing machine by accident and it just cleaned out the dust bunnies in the mechanism. Going on 12 years without a single hitch. They are a pain to sharpen though

I carry daily a Benchmade 5000 Auto Presidio. Mine is a Pre-Production run and numbered on the blade. I've probably had it around 10 years or so. I like it. I bought the mini version this past spring to put inside my pocket when I have to go to the office. My boss doesn't like the way I wear the full size version. I wear it clipped in the thigh pocket of Carpenter jeans.

Ive carryed a Boker Kalishnakov for years, I work around several LEO and Fire Marshals.

They just seem to be interested in holding it.

(Dont think its any less legal, its just what your doing when you get found with it, ie. if you commiting a crime , its definately an add on charge)

Most of the Ltown arrest are for .."a knife over 6" in length"
