He specializes in the mako. Honestly, I'm not sold on it. I have had 7 surgeries so far, 5 on my right knee. Most of the damage on the lateral side, it's been bone on bone for years. I am worried that if I have the partial it will shift the load to the inside and cause it to start tearing up. I'm leaning toward a total replacement. I do know I'm about done with the pain. I'm 36 and my first surgery was when I was 15.  21 years of knee pain sucks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
