Good evening folks, Wife and I had a busy day today working on our annual convention/competition. It starts a week from this Wednesday and goes through Sunday night. Our registration closes this Friday and we are at 3,100 entries right now. It is mind blowing for sure. Spend all of our free time this past weekend getting al of our volunteers scheduled and in order. This week will be judges schedules and food. The hotel (Embassy Suites), offers a free breakfast buffet and a free happy hours but the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. So we have made deals with some of our local restaurants to come and set up in our extra ballrooms. We are turning them into a food court for our participants. Lots of Covid hoops to jump through but I think we got it all worked out. We feel blessed to have such a great turnout but we are ready for it to get here and be done. lol! Hope everyone had a great Monday,
