The bottom of the tank looked dry and felt solid underfoot, the mud was all cracked and curling up in thick slabs.</p><p></p><p>The dozer operator started out cautiously by slicing into the edge of the tank bottom near the bank. But after a few slices, he decided it was dry throughout, and backed across the center.</p><p></p><p>Boy, was he wrong.
