By awarded, I mean I got the job from a referral from one of my neighbors that I did a lot of remodel work for. </p><p></p><p>It should be pretty easy because It’s already been gutted. I am going to put in two new bathrooms, new exterire doors, new sub floors and flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new deck and stair cases and anything else he needs done. It’s going to be my winter project. He will be in Florida all winter so I can take my time. </p><p>Best of all, he is paying me by the hour. </p><p>I’m pretty happy to have some extra money coming in this winter. Wife is all smiles.
