I had worked a graveyard shift at  Sun Refinery, it Tulsa, and was in the bed asleep. My wife had gone to the grocery store and everyone there was talking about what had just happened. When she got home she woke me up and said, we are being attacked!! Talk about a rude awakening! That must have been what it was like for Americans in  1941, when they learned of Pearl Harbor? In my old age I spend a lot more time thinking, and a lot less time actually doing things. I can't help but wonder what, and when, the next 9/11, or Pearl Harbor will be, and if I will be around to see it!? At least in 1941 we had a clear enemy, and direction, and that brought the whole country togather as they haven't been before, or sense! And that, at least was one good thing that came out of that terrible event! The 9/11 attack was not so simple! It united our country for abouit 30 minutes, before the lap dog news media, and crooked politicians, started tearing us apart again! Instant, overwhelming, communications have many good effects, I guess, but we are allowing that to control what we are ALLOWED to think, far too much, in my opinion! Have a good day! At my age, any day I wake up, is automaticly a good day!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
