The latch and lock on the door is a Tuff Shed patented item. Even with the door locked with a key from the outside, if anyone was inside, that person could still exit the building using the interior latch handle. It is a metal base, and the left portion of the wood sample is the kind of flooring that would be installed if there was to not be any lawn mowers and gasoline stored inside. The better wood to the right is for a building that may hold mowers and gas.
