It is on a Coast Guard station, so access to it is very limited. While the station is pretty well fenced in, if one walks a rough kind of trail towards the back side, one can get pictures. Oddly enough, there was no fence on the south side, but I didn't think I wanted to risk arrest by getting too close to their facilities.
