Message: <blockquote data-quote="TerryMiller" data-source="post: 4031402" data-attributes="member: 7900">Still had issues this morning, and after checking such things as cable connections and such, they suggested pulling the one server with issues and re-seating the two memory cards within it.  After pulling the memory cards and sending a picture of them to tech support, they said they were the wrong memory cards for that computer, so they are sending us some new ones.However, the re-seating worked and we continued with work this afternoon.  Tomorrow morning, we meet the Rhode Island DOT person at the first certification site and start doing those 4 sites again.  After that, we should have the new memory cards in and the wife can replace the wrong ones.Our drive team manager contacted us and said that they might still be able to send someone up to replace us and let us go on to work South Carolina.  However, such a switch would require us to drive the van back to the Tulsa area, which would take 3 days, and then there would be another 3 days for the other team to drive back to RI.  That isn't very efficient, so we told them that we would go ahead and finish the state of RI.  We should then get back home in time to work north Texas again.</blockquote>
