I got up this morning to two surprises. We got a little much needed rain last night, and my 5 year old Mr Coffee coffeemaker evidently died after delivering my morning pick me up yesterday.:cry3: I’ve been working on a clearing/clean up job for a new neighbor about a half mile north of my house. I don’t know the guy and assumed by the way he talked and what he wanted done that he had plenty of money, but when I was about $1500 into the job, he started crawfishing a little and scaling back his want list. My wife figured he was going to try to get out of paying me, but I finished up yesterday and had a check waiting on me.:thumb: My daughter and sh*tbird (her boyfriend) are heading to Galveston for the day, my wife is heading to Houston to be with her Mom while her Dad’s in ICU, so it’s just me and the dogs, cats, and cows. I’m fixing to make bacon wrapped beef tips for breakfast and to snack on the rest of the day. Y’all have a happy and safe holiday!!!:thumb:
