About a week ago, I received a phone call from a lady claiming to be a contractor with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. She wanted to do a background check on a former tenant that is in the service. The former tenant is a good guy with a young family so I agreed to meet with her. We setup the meeting for 1:00 today at a coffee shop in Lawton. The coffee shop was her suggestion. I showed up about 10 minutes early and waited until about 1:15 before leaving. When I arrived, I sent her a text, and I also called her number before I was leaving and left a voicemail. I’ve heard nothing back from her. I wasted about an hour and half today including my drive time and $5 for a cup of overpriced lemonade.</p></blockquote><p></p>
