If it was agreed that you would buy the gun pending inspection then you should have had dibs. The second guy, whether he bought at full price without inspection doesn't matter, he was second. That's what it means to keep your word. If you lose some money that's how the dice fell. But agreeing to one thing and then retracting that agreement is low in my book. It makes me sad that people have accepted the "it happens" mentality.</p></blockquote><p></p>
