Yes, and Nov 1 the double edge version will be legal.

Basically removes all remaining restrictions on the type of knife you can carry in Oklahoma. I've always wanted a nice sword cane!!

killer! many thanks for the much needed update. things were just too confusing with the previous version ..

would be totally bummed if I couldn't carry my new Microtech. which is pretty darn stout compared to my old version of Microtech with double edge. which I had to get rid of due to Okla. laws a few years back.
