Maybe it would work but have decided to just stay with the small pellet/22 trap I have mounted in the corner. The inside of this trap does not have any easily detected grooves or bends from bullets. It is possible it has never been used. Is missing the bucket that goes on the spiral to catch the bullet as it drops. Stand has a cast metal bracket for the tripod with lots of adjustments. These are rated for non-magnum handgun rounds. Live in North Bixby/South Tulsa 121 and memorial area. if this weighted much more, I would have difficulty loading into the back of my SUV.</blockquote>
