Back in '94 you had to call suppliers and ask the price on guns and pay that moment with CC.
I remember every time we ordered guns and sold them they had gone up another $25 or $50 to restock.
People accused us of gouging so we quit stocking and went to receiving for a fee only. Same with ammo. If we couldn't score a deal, we told people to order their own.
Many people wonder why Gun Dealers have a bad attitude.
Being accused of gouging when your only making $25 or $50 a gun. Yet clothiers, jewelers, hardware stores etc. make 200 - 500 Percent markup and nobody thinks anything of it.
Glad I got out of that business long ago.
