The way I have done it for decades. Plastic wrapped I roll the meat one way then turn it and roll it the other way and then cut the plastic wrap with a knife ..Much easier than tearing against the serrated steel edge of the package. Then Fold the sides over and freezer paper wrap it then label it with what it is and date. No air gets in with the plastic wrap method and the freezer paper is coated on one side. All the pictures of the process for ya. Then turn the meat and wrap the other direction. The wrapped up ground meat ready for freezer paper and done.
