Keep in mind I am a stone cold republican, however I have had a few drinks tonight so don't take my opinions too seriously. To be honest, I cant really decide my feelings about Palin. Half the time I think she brings up some good points and stands by them. Other times, I dont think she has the intelligence to cook her own breakfast. Granted, I would much rather have her in office than the scum bag that is in there now, however she would not be anywhere near my first choice for a candidate. It almost seems that the many members of the republican party are too into feel good politics (not referring to palin but in general) and starting to act like the dems (no offense intended). Personally, I am ready for a candidate that feels the rights, concerns, and safety of this country supersede all other issues. It gets kind of tiresome to hear about our country spending so much money to stimulate and help the economies of other countries while ours is suffering. I would personally like a candidate that is not concerned with feel-good politics, but rather one that considers what is in the best interest of our nation, not other nations.
