Or the ones who's children were financially cared for by the state. Or the ones who's parents were passed out every night on drugs or alcohol and the child was forced to fend for themselves. If those kids grow up to be successful and thank god many of them do, should they too be held responsible for the parents that never were for them?</p></blockquote><p></p>
