The new managers didn't believe anyone was worthy of good marks and marked everyone down accordingly. They have some screwed up ideas but that's what I gotta live with. I was a supervisor in a different organization and knew to take care of my people. I can't get my head around supervisors that by policy can't have any outstanding workers.</blockquote>
