There's a little park where I live and it has a building there on the property. I have no idea who owns this thing. Am I supposed to call the City I'm in and ask who owns the park? Same for other areas, how are we supposed to know who owns buildings on what may or may not be state property, if they're not going to post it?</p></blockquote><p></p>
