Unless you have a direct line to the local center, you'll probably get a CS person who isn't local. If you get a chance, ask the driver what had happened. It could be something that got misloaded on the truck, which happens DAILY, and is very frustrating as the loader isn't really held that accountable for misloads and the driver has to waste time looking for a package that shows it's in the truck but physically isn't. I suspect that was the case. Either that or the driver ran out of hours.</p></blockquote><p></p>
