[QUOTE="mons meg, post: 2053159, member: 90"] Hear me out. It may have started due to panic buying, but for some reason the magical plastic boxes with springs made by Magpul are commanding a lot higher value than they used to. I'd like to point out a few facts: 1) Unlike your American Dollar, the Pmag can only increase in value. Dollars only decrease. 2) Pmags are indestructible, whereas paper money can catch on FIRE 3) Pmags are immune to the whims of the Federal Reserve Board 4) Gold is too ***ing heavy to tote around; Pmags polymer construction is light and convenient The values may fluctuate, but right now I say we start by pegging the value of a black non-windowed (BNW) to $50 USD. As hyperinflation sets in due to further reckless spending by the Congress and POTUS, the PMAG to Dollar ratio will necessarily change, and eventually we will not need to worry about it as more and more retailers and merchants come to the inescapable conclusion that greenbacks are not worth the effort. Soon you will fill up your car with say, one PMAG. We can then use individual 5.56 rounds as "change", or use them as increments, like PMAG+10 rounds, denoted as P+10, P+20, etc. Tell me what you all think, but I'm confident that my logic is unassailable.
