Ultimately in this video, the passengers were not forced to exit the vehicle or present their ID. The video was filmed in Arizona. You can fast forward to the good parts, unless you have a half hour to kill. I debated about posting this in the 2A legal, political section but there is no 2A issue in the video. BTW, I don't think the pastor was was actually threatened with the words "It's about to get more deadly". But then again, I wasn't in the car to feel threatened.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYjI138u1z0

[QUOTE="radarmonkey, post: 1319875, member: 8195"] I found this video from a link posted in another thread. It's long...28.5 minutes long. The action happens in the first 4 minutes then again about the 10.5 minute mark. It made me wonder....are passengers (not driving) in a vehicle that has been pulled over by the police (in Oklahoma) required to show an ID to the LEO that stopped the vehicle? Ultimately in this video, the passengers were not forced to exit the vehicle or present their ID. The video was filmed in Arizona. You can fast forward to the good parts, unless you have a half hour to kill. I debated about posting this in the 2A legal, political section but there is no 2A issue in the video. BTW, I don't think the pastor was was actually threatened with the words "It's about to get more deadly". But then again, I wasn't in the car to feel threatened.
