I did see one story that said his idea of UBC was more a voluntary one which would never fly with the left, they want something with teeth that can be used to punish lawful gun owners. So maybe there was never much of a problem with Coburn and the problem all along has been with the media, the same media that early on that the NRA was supporting UBC.</p></blockquote><p></p>
