The Ponca City Rifle and Pistol club is offering a public sight in day at no charge to the general public for centerfire rifles on the 100 yard range between the hours of noon and 4pm, Nov 14, 2015 . Targets will be supplied. Spotting scopes will be used to see hits on the target for those that can't walk down range to look at targets.
Range Safety Officers will be on site.
