www.gunboatparksurplus.com sells brand new or good used or slightly damaged and 5 packs of slightly damaged on ebay.
a lot of the damaged ones are simple repairs like a cut or cigarette burn hole they been selling for like $2-4 bucks
the goods sell $5-10 and new $10 -20 buy several to cut shippng cost.

I've purchased many from http://www.unclesamsretailoutlet.com/ they have two warehouses, one in Ohio and another in OKC and you can local pickup from the OKC warehouse.
The ones I got were brand new never issued Woodland pattern and were about $14 each, the woobies go on sale fairly often.
It's also a good place get ammo cans and other random stuff.
