Yum!!! Sounds like our house. Pork loin and crockpots are great for easy meals. I've put it on here before, but here it is again. This is my favorite crockpot pork meal. Amounts vary according to how much you want to make. I just fill it up. We use one of those big crockpots. Pork loin olive oil sauerkraut cocktail onions green apples (sliced or diced) those little canned baby potatoes. (I know...that's a bit technical) beer or wine per your choice Layer it in the crockpot. Rub the oil all over the pork to help seal it. Bottom layer of sauerkraut Then apples, potatoes and onions Then pork Repeat until full. You want the pork completely covered. Fill with beer or wine One thing to remember is not to cook your pork too long or the oils will all be cooked out, and it will actually come out dry and brittle. That's pretty much for any skinless meat. I love pork. :D
