The financial part of the business typically looks at numbers from the individual business units, and makes reccomendations to improve the overall business performance of the business units. Individual business units have internal engineering resourses that make the difference of a profit or loss. Almost all of the gun makers in the US and other locations use CNC machinery, which can certainly hold better tolerances, hence the reason rack guns can now use factory ammo to get accuracy that my grandpas gun could do with a lot of reloads to find the "sweet spot".</blockquote>
