I've bought a couple from John also. Really nice guns and some super deals. The Swede 94 is a BARGAIN! If it was in my budget at the time, I would be all over it.
It's an 1895 Oberndorf. All matching but the bolt and a sweet gun.

Unfortunately, "want" is not the operative word. If I bought that, my wife would use it to beat me over the head. There was a time when I would have paid that price, though.

UPDATE: On my Swede 94. To eliminate any further confusion--the rifle is all original but not matching numbers. The receiver, but plate, bottom plate and rear sight match. The bolt, front nose piece and barrel band are 3 different numbers.
If I list a rifle and I say they match---they match! AND its still a sweet rifle with original sling, bayonet and scabbard--that's $300.00 not counting the rifle.
Thanks.
