A side note on my post above. If for some reason I am unable to link up with my friends and family and I am forced to go it alone then things will be tough. I figure for a sleep plan I would find the nastiest most thorn covered patch of ground in NE Oklahoma and crawl right up into the middle of it. Finding locations that nobody in their right mind would travel through is a survival stragity that the critters of the woods use. Besides if somebody was following me then I would at least have an early warning system surrounding me if I was burried in the brambles and bugs. It makes sense that if you sleep in easy to get to areas that security will be compromised and most people will be conserving calories so will avoid difficult/uncomfortable terrain in the first place.
