Just me but I’d have a frank conversation with the owner letting him know that in good conscience if you suspect this guy is stoned while you are working together and there’s a risk of either of you being injured that you’ll have to refuse to make the delivery out of caution. Don’t be a weenie about it, simply delineate a boundary you’re not comfortable crossing. If your boss respects your decision, which is completely reasonable BTW then mission accomplished. If he throws a fit then you clearly don’t have his respect and I’d have a hard time working for someone that didn’t respect me. $0.02</p></blockquote><p></p>
