It was a decision originating from a firearms case, the ramifications appear to be much further reaching. If any law is to be measured against 1791 opinions and standards, the Federal income tax would be unconstitutional. I’m not sure how it would play at the State level. Stitt says the State doesn’t need our shekels, but the left says we don’t have enough to cover all their wants. Interesting and ball busting times…</p></blockquote><p></p>
