Quality jeans aka durable jeans

So at 50 years of age I am completely at a loss for a durable set of jeans. Levi's are by far the worst for durability. Carhartt is slightly better but still get blown out crotch and back pocket separation where the pocket is stitched to the Jean. Keys, held up pretty well but eventually blown out crotch and worn out lap area. Diamond Gusset, also wore pretty well but blown back pockets. Ordered a couple new pairs from Deluth and a pair from LL Bean. Haven't had the Deluth long enough to say how I expect them to wear. Ll Bean hasn't been delivered yet. I guess what I am looking for is adult version of kids Tough Skins. So what has worked for you?

I have Wranglers from 1996 that I still wear.

I rarely wear jeans and when I do it's just cheap Wranglers - tear em up and buy another pair. But.. I liked your thread. At 75 it made me think of the old Tuf-Nut jeans that were around when I was a kid. And you got a free knife with them too.

I wear wrangler boot cut jeans. They lost me a few years before they turn into project jeans. Don't get the new ones that have spandex in them though. Made the mistake of buying a pair and they feel like leggings.

I blow out the crotches in about 3 months no matter the make. For daily wear that is pretty good for me. I buy the 20 dollar wranglers relaxed fit from academy.

I quit wearing jeans years ago for the same reason. Been wearing Dickie's work pants ever since. Almost a decade, I've yet to wear out a pair in the shop.

I wear wranglers too, and if you are blowing out the crotch I suggest cutting down on the beans.

I like 5.11 ridgeline pants. They breath better and are more durable than any pair of jeans I’ve ever had.

Back when I could afford them, I wore Toters from Blackie Collins. Now I wear Wranglers.

I still have the last two pair of the Toters that I bought about ten years ago that I save for special occasions.
