Message: <blockquote data-quote="HMFIC" data-source="post: 2043741" data-attributes="member: 7539">Ya I know, but the language in 922 doesn't make any differentiation as to what the order is called.  The reason I ask is because my ex is trying to get me to agree to a mutual restraining order mentioned in the custody paperwork in a counter-offer for settlement that her attorney sent over.  If it doesn't effect my rights, then it's a non-issue, but if it does, then I have to refuse that language completely.  My attorney thinks that it WOULD prohibit me from answering no on a 4473 in the future, but I don't know if I have the final researched answer yet.</blockquote>
