So stopped by Wally World to pick up some ammo. Haven't let the craziness effect what I normally do. Picked up some bulk .22 and some .45. I was questioned at the register " is the .22 for a handgun?" "Uh no but the .45 is". ".45 is not on the list sir thank you". What list? And why is .45 ammo not questioned? I don't understand.............?????

We sold guns & ammo when I worked at Otasco in the 70s. Ammo sales that were other than shotgun shells had to be logged in a book. To buy a gun the FF Form info got called in to the OKC PD for approval. Only remember one potential buyer ever being turned down.

Tell them both. They don't know how to handle it. I do it EVERY time. My son is even in on the joke now. He laughs little a little girl when the cashier goes "uh..um..well sir, it's got to be one or the other, sorry"
