So many variables. Realistically 30-32c a round based on 2000-4000 rounds. Bullet/powder selection, quantity and how long you are willing to wait to acquire them. I just bought another case of bullet. 3750 124g to a case, come out to ~10c each. Most powders I still buy at $18-25 per pound, but I would calculate it at $30. So about 1.7-2.0c a round. So 12c a round plus expendables like case lube and cleaning. So about 13c PLUS primers. Primers is the big issue. Right now you are looking at 7-15c each. And you need to add the price of the brass. You should be able to sell the brass for 3-4c each. So you need to figure that in the price. Where you come out in the powder can make you have to buy a partial pound over what you need. If you are only talking loading 1000 rounds, bullet cost will go up considerably. I was loading 124jhp (fmj would be the same price) for about 16.7c a round based on: 9.6c bullet 3c primer 1.1c powder 2c brass 1c expendables. This is a higher quality ammo that what I could buy without going to a self defense type round. I’m actually still loading them at this price, but I can’t replace the primers and brass for that price anymore. Bullets and powder have not increased that much from my supply chains.
