Why stop with fraternities and sororities? Why don't we prohibit students from going to South Padre or Ft. Lauderdale for Spring Break, since we know that some women are going to have sex while drunk/stoned (which could legally be considered rape)?
Perhaps we should also disband the US military because servicewomen have been raped by servicemen?
Hell, if we use your logic, all men and women should be sterilized because some men are rapists and some women get pregnant to trap men into marriage.
I have a certain amount of disdain for fraternities and sororities, but that's satisfied by, you know, not joining them. Nobody is forcing you to pledge to a frat, so why do you care if someone else chooses to do so of his own free will?
