My red river crabgrass I planted in my front yard could use another drink of that good stuff.
I just looked at the weather app I use, and it doesn’t look like Byron is going to get much accumulation, but as long as it keeps coming even a little at a time, it’s going to be better than last year and will definitely help. From what I can see on the cameras, things are greening up nicely.

I need it to hold off for a couple days until I get grass seed in the ground. Just got a pond built so I’m hoping to see some water in it soon.

That's why they make rain gear and umbrellas.
I got two ponds cleaned out last year, and they desperately need water. These garden rains have been great getting weeds in the yard going like gang busters, and the new grass seed covering the ground where the pool used to be.
Looking at the OP's map, the ponds aren't going to get much help. We need a runoff rain.
