That was probably the weirdest project. I still don’t understand how these things functioned but we got em made like new again. I’d be pretty certain we could pretty much build anything. No upholstery though! Oh and I ain’t resoling no boots. Thats too much work for too little pay. Shoelaces ya say? Lol. Those shoes pictured earlier have factory shoelaces. The part my wife customized is the top of the foot. Hair-on cowhide on the one set and Pendleton wool on the others.
