When I was working on construction equipment, I would always run across guys who would park their equipment in the middle of a field with tall grass 11 months out of the year, and mow around it. The tall grass and lack of activity turns it into a rat hotel. Go drive it once a week, even if it’s for 5 minutes; yeah, you’re burning fuel, but it’s way cheaper than replacing wiring, or dealing with dried out seals and such due to not running it. Park it on gravel, dirt, or move it and mow the grass real short under it and all around it. Keep the grass mowed real low.</p></blockquote><p></p>
