I will probably make a backer plate to sandwich the 2x6. There is zero play/slack when I push or pull up, down, left or right. That's with the two setbolts hand tight. Comments and suggestions welcomed. </p><p>Also, welds aren't as pretty today. Wind would start whipping thru the shop as soon as I'd strike up but it's too hot to roll the doors down.
