Stuck it in his pocket, I got my good-bye hugs and we all left. When GC and I got in the car I told him what I had done and that "that goofy Steve" didn't even look at the check. Said if I'd known he was gonna do that I would have written it for $5, just to see how long it took him to call ... <img src="/images/smilies/wink2.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":wink2:" title="Wink2 :wink2:" data-shortname=":wink2:" /></p><p></p><p>A WEEK LATER I get a PM from Steve asking me where to send me some money because I had made a mistake. That he and GC had settled on a lesser price. We "argued" back and forth in PMs for a while but I never did take that "extra" money back and he teased me about it unmercifully.</p><p></p><p>And O.M.G. ... remember when you Fat Guys used to post that picture all the time?? The one he'd delete and then ban you for?? And then you'd come back and post it AGAIN!! Bless his heart ... You can't play around with just anybody like that!
