Reno Air Races Sept 11-15

Yep although technically it belongs to the museum now along with his other planes. He gave me a ride in the back a few years ago for an hour and let me fly for a while. The crash pic is when he lost an engine at Reno and the windscreen was covered with oil. I know a lot of doctors who fly and Doc Hisey is the only one I've ever really trusted.

Kinda like I woulda given my right nut to be shot off'n a carrier in an F-14, and my left nut ta land with all the big parts still onboard.
