Message: <blockquote data-quote="DavidMcmillan" data-source="post: 4359138" data-attributes="member: 11749"><p>Calm down.  300 of the tens of thousands in El Paso is nothing.  (300 in OKC isn't worth getting upset about)  Those folks were not pressured into giving the weapons.  From what has been shown from other events like this, most of the items were rusted, broken, or otherwise unusable.  If there were any that were worth anything, they likely got "reissued" to those involved in receiving them.  No different than someone taking a piece to a gun show and taking a dirt bottom price.  We try too hard to find things to complain about.  Cities do worse things every day.</p></blockquote><p></p>
