JIT a/k/a Lean Manufacturing is the biggest crock. It's almost like a religion in the manufacturing community. I actually had to develop, run and audit SPC reports for lot sizes of ten pieces for the F-22 parts we were building. What a crock...glad to be out of that nonsense as I have absolutely have lost my tolerance for bogus nonsense.</blockquote>
